This is to bring to the notice of Magodo residents and the whole world that judgment of the High Court Ikeja on Baaleship stool of Magodo has been promptly appealed to the Honorable Court of Appeal, Lagos.
I therefore call for sustenance of calm and peace in Magodo community as justice will invariably be done in the matter wherein counsel has already appealed against the judgement on cogent and irrefutable grounds of appeal showing that the High Court Judgment is based on a fraudulently procured document which the judgement did not address whereas the High court judge has no discretion to ignore FRAUD to which its attention was clearly and specifically drawn.
