OLOFIN ATTENDS PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSIONING OF PROJECTS IN IMO STATE ALONGSIDE NATIONAL TRADITIONAL RULERS AND GOVERNORS

His Royal Majesty, Oba (Engr.) Sulaiman Adekunle Bamgbade, The Olofin of Isheri Mole and Adimula of Aworiland, was among distinguished guests at the presidential commissioning of major projects in Imo State.

The event was graced by eminent traditional rulers, including His Imperial Majesty Oba Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, The Ooni of Ife; His Majesty Igwe Nnaemeka Achebe The Obi of Onitsha; Brigadier General Yahaya Abubakar (Rtd), The Etsu Nupe; His Majesty Jacob Garuba, The Gbong Gwom of Jos; His Majesty Aladetoyinbo Aladelusi, The Deji of Akure; His Majesty James Ayatse, The Tor Tiv; His Royal Majesty Oba Olufolarin Ogunsanwo, Alara of Ilara; King Edmund Daukoro, The Amanayabo Ningi of Nembe Kingdom; Eze Cletus Ilumuanya Obi of Obinugu Co-chairman Southern Nigeria Traditional Rulers Council and many others.

Additionally, the occasion was attended by numerous State Governors from across Nigeria, demonstrating a unified commitment to national development and progress.

The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, officially commissioned vital infrastructure projects, including the Owerri-Umuahia road and the newly constructed 10,000-capacity Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu International Convention Center in Owerri. The President highlighted significant improvements in the nation’s economy and encouraged Nigerians to remain optimistic as the country celebrated its Independence Day.

The Olofin Representing the Aworis at the event, praised Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State for his exceptional leadership in driving pride and development within the state. He urged the people of Imo to continue supporting their governor to sustain the momentum of growth and progress.

This historic event exemplified the collaboration between Nigeria’s traditional institutions, state leadership, and the federal government in advancing the nation’s infrastructure and economic wellbeing.
